She transitioned to focusing on customers shopping online and has over two decades of experience helping people put dreams in driveways.
One of her larger successes in her career include building a BDC (Business Development Center) from the ground up for a large multi-franchise General Motors dealership in Flint, Michigan. As a Dealer Success Consultant for the Cox Automotive Group in Northern Michigan, she specialized in the consumer buying journey with the AutoTrader and Kelley Blue Book Divisions. She currently teaches sales people and digital retailing specialists across North America how to build relationships using videos & social media. Her passion and drive to help professionals succeed is bar none.
Jenna is an inspirational speaker. She has spoken at various events including Digital Dealer, about how to have more engaged, motivated employees. In a class at Northwood University, she was an Honorary Professor and taught students the importance of inspecting what you expect by mystery shopping your own store. She specializes in encouraging people to get outside their comfort zones, achieve goals and how to adaptable when facing adversity.
Her, her husband, their daughter and their dogs all have a social media presence that entertains their followers with marriage, life, parenting and automotive banter. She enjoys giving back to her community as a member of the Sloan Museum Auto Fair Committee and on the Advisory Board for Northwood University's Full Tank Automotive Camp.
